I don't think its schizophrenia...

I feel like someone is always watching me. Not like directly but somehow someone can always see me. No matter where I am or what I'm doing I feel like someone can always see what I'm doing. And whenever people are talking around me I always think that they are talking about me. And not in a good way. Or whenever people laugh and I'm in the same room I think they are laughing at me.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
It’s all in your head and nothing like that is happening in reality. Could be a serious mental condition for which you would be needing psychiatric advice as soon as possible.
