I feel like an emotional wreck, for the past week I have cried over nothing on and off through out each day silly things at tv programmes and adverts or can just be sitting around and I'll cry ... I don't know why i am crying or the reason for it .... Every other night I have gone to bed with heart burn and some nights it's woke me up, I'm 22 yrs old and in a very happy relationship have never been an emotional person or never suffered with heart burn don't know where any of it has come from. Just though out each day I just don't feel right and it just doesn't seem right ... Please give me some advice

Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for the emotional changes and mood changes that you describe without examining you and going through thorough evaluation. If the symptoms have been persistent, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be done to look for the underlying cause for your symptoms. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
