I don't have periods very often...

Iv been having unprotected sex with my partner for a year, I don't have periods very often probly around 4 times a year. We have recently started thinking about trying for a baby and I am really worried that i might not be able to concieve, What can i do to help get pregnant?

Please consult your gynecologist regarding this. You will have to find the cause for this long period gaps- polycystic ovary, hormone imbalance, hypothyroidism, etc. Hope this helps. Take care!
