im angry all the time. mad at everybody. no matter what people do or say i cant cheer up. i quit smoking 2 months ago. is it that or am i depressed?

Yes, in your case the anger or short-temper might be one of the Nicotine withdrawal symptoms out of the other symptoms including mild depression or sadness, anxiety, boredom and loneliness.
Your symptoms might be overlapping with depressive or bipolar disorder for which you need to consult your psychiatrist for the detailed analysis as the same cannot be made online.
