Swollen boobs, enlarged and sore nipples...
I usually get period pains the day I start my period, and my boobs swell up around 2 days before. I can't tell you if my period is late because they've always been very irregular. I've been gettin period pain type cramps for about two weeks and my nipples seem bigger and painful (which has never happened before). What are the chances of me being pregnant? Any help is much appreciated

Welcome to ehealthforum.
The prolongation of pre-menstrual symptoms, swollen breasts, enlarged and sore nipples, abdominal cramps could suggest chances of pregnancy. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of other symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy and visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
