I am so afraid of people. I think i have social anxiety. Its also hard for me to relate to other people even my friends. It really depresses me to know that I can hardly open myself to other people. Im always afraid they will judge me. I always feel lonely even among my friends. It feels like im alone facing this world. what should i do?

Dont worry.Just get a psychiatrist and try to combat this. You can do it.The world outside is very beautiful. You just need to change the perspective of your vision to it.
