Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could be suggestive of pregnancy, worsening of PID, or severe UTI. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for urine analysis (to confirm/rule out UTI), blood/serum HCG test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately), vaginal swab/smear test (to look for infectious causes). If you suspect to be pregnant, then do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest to confirm/rule out pregnancy, and get started on precautionary measures to prevent miscarriage and carry on with pregnancy smoothly. Get started on appropriate treatment as suggested by examination and investigation results.
Take care.
