Welcome to ehealthforum.
Since you have past history of endometriosis, the abnormal bleeding at present could be related to that (recurrence and spread). Another possibility is cervical erosion leading to bleeding from the cervix or the stump.
You will require a thorough examination done by your gynecologist to see what is going on. Once the cause is confirmed, further treatment options can be discussed.
Take care
