Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Occasional cramps after hysterectomy within 2-4 months can occur, however, if it has started after months of having hysterectomy, it is normal and could suggest underlying possibility of PID, adhesions, etc. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination, evaluation, clarification and assistance. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
