Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If your uterus has been removed along with removal of ovaries, and if vault closure is perfect, chances of pregnancy can be ruled out completely. If ovaries have been left intact, and if they are functional, chances of pregnancy could be possible (although very rare) and if pregnancy occurs, it would be ectopic pregnancy. Look out for development of any new symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough evaluation, clarification and assistance.
Take care.
