hypothyroidism in early age, medication every day in my life

I'm diagnosed with hypothyroidism.My TSH level was 6.4.I'm 22 yrs old girl.

Am I have to take medication every day in my life? Will it effect my life after marriage? and how?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Yes hypothyroidism is mostly permanent and need lifelong thyroxine. Dose asjustment and regular follow up is mandatory though. Seek an endocrinologist and let them decide what is best for you.
