I'm hypoglycemic. Normally I would feel the effects of this either a couple hours after not eating or if I ate a few unhealthy meals in a row. Recently, I will start to feel low, so i'll make myself a normal meal (like chicken and rice) and then afterwards I will either feel the same or feel even worse. I'm a little scared of what this means for me. I used to be able to eat at least SOMETHING and feel like normal. But now I actually have to have a little of something that is high in sugar to feel normal again. Tips, help advice??

I'd also like to add that I'm 5'2" 145 pounds (although the last 10 pounds that I've "gained" has actually been muscle, i'm in a smaller pants size than I was when I was 135) and I'm female and 21 years of age.

Oh and the other thing that is scaring me is when i am experiencing my "dips" my finger tips and toes lose feeling in them, something that never used to happen before.
