hypoglycemia from years of only eating once a day?

for years I have sustained a habit of eating once daily with an occasional extra meal thrown in from time to time. Within last few months I have recently started to get nauseas at least once a day. I am wondering if I may have developed hypoglycemia from years of only eating once a day and drinking 3+ pepsis a day as well.

Thank you for asking

Diet and lifestyle variations of that extreme with carbonated beverages use might have proned you GI system to a little stress and this nausea etc might be an underlying stomach discomfort. Eat at least twice a day, with small frequent meals in between. breakfast is mandatory. Avoid carbonated beverages of this extent.

Take care of yourself and use some antacids, and i am sure right now if you modify your diet and lifestyle, your issue will resolve.

And no you have not developed hypoglycemia.

Take care
