I have hypoglycemia and I am trying to recover from the stomach flu. I don't feel like eating much but if I don't I feel very weak and my hypoglycemia makes me feel like throwing up again. Is there something I can eat or drink that can sooth my stomach and help balance out my blood sugar? I've tried cheerios and yesterday I had cucumber on toast with mayo. I also shipped a protein shake... I just want to know if there is a miracle food out three that can give me back my strength and help me feel normal again cause I still feel weak after the and a half days! I need to go to work!!

You need to get back on your balanced diet. There is no magical food that would cover all aspects or replenish every need. Start with fruits, raw fruits. Develop a taste for them and gradually switch to dairy and meats. Take it slowly from there on to more complex foods. Its all about developing taste. Always keep a few sweets in your pocket wrt hypoglycemia spells that you experience
