Hymen intact and no penetration but still pregnancy can happen??

My girlfriend is 22 years old. We got little active on 23rd of this month and indulged in deep touching. I did not penetrate in her. I touched my part on her's and it was with her innerwear worn. I had ejaculated on thighs and maybe some fell on her vagina. Her hymen is still intact and she had washed the secretion of mine soon after I had ejaculated. She had washed it with soap and water.
I need to know whether she can get pregnant? We are very tensed. It is our first time. We need help. She had got her periods on 29th last month and is expecting on 27th this month. Please help us out. And if she can then what should be the next step? We are waiting for her periods to come.

The chances that she can be pregnant is so small that you should not worry about it. She had her panties on and you did not ejaculate on her vulva.

Please be very careful when you play. Her belly, breasts, back or behind are all safe places to ejaculate, and probably safer than her thighs. and at least one of you should keep your underwear on.

And of i ejaculate on her innerwear then is it unsafe?
And also if I ejaculate in my innerwear and it touches her vagina then also is it unsafe? Thank you for the reply.

Sperm does not really travel through underwear. The best is however still for both of you to have your underwear on. Or for you to ejaculate somewhere else, not over her vagina. As I said, it should be perfectly safe, but why take the chance?
