my son is 22 and he started hitting himself when he gets mad leaving himself black eyes etc... what can i do

I read your question and I understand your concern.

There’s a psycho therapeutic program for anger prevention and control and anger management classes teach and train the same as well. There he would learn not how to suppress his anger but how to release it in a safe and healthy way. You should try getting him in one of those classes or make an appointment with a psychiatrist and take him there as soon as possible for better help.
