How to improve sperm morphology

abnormal sperm morphology and ICSI AND Pregnancy chance

We have infertility and these are my result:
TUNEL test:
TOTAL motility: 60%
Progressive: 40%
Non progressive: 20%
Immotile: 40%
Concentration: 35(million/ml)
Total count: 133
Morphology report:
Total abnormality: 99 %
Head: 99
Neck 14
Tail 15
Immature 12
DNA Fragmentation: 4%
Hormone analysis:
FSH: 8.57
LH: 8.27
AMH: 3.98
Prolactin: 20.1
TSH: 2.32
Treatment: IUI (Negative): once
I’ve just undergone ICSI, got 3mature eggs. Three embryo was transferred at day 2, which had 8 cells and no fragmentation. I had my first HCG test exactly 17 days after transfer, which was 19 days post fertilization. My HCG was 24 and the second HCG (19 days after transfer) was 35/04.and third (22 days after transfer was 18/12) and my sonography show no ectopic pregnancy and embryo sac .My doc say to me result is negative. Have you known of anybody with levels Sperm morphology like this that had normal healthy pregnancies with ICSI? How to improve sperm morphology? What should I do next? Is there any chances to get positive result?

My husbands count and morphology was bad. They had recommended TESA for icsi. Relax, both of you exercise well and eat very healthy.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Yes semen analysis was abnormal and will need IVF or other assisted reproductive techniques to help you out. Consult your fertility consultant and let them help you in this regard.
