Tips to lose weight even faster:
Eat a high-protein breakfast.
Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
Drink water a half hour before meals.
Eat soluble fiber.
Drink coffee or tea.
Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.
Eat your food slowly.

- Drink more water because you are not so hungry.
- Avoid fad diets or products make promises that sound too good to be true.
- The most important part is cut back on sugars & starches.
- Avoid fat sources food Try to plan your meals

Here are few tips to lose weight easily
1) Consume low-carbs foods.
2) Achieve your optimal ketosis state. Ketosis is achieved through Keto diet which helps losing weight more effectively
3) Intermittent fasting is another effective way to lose weight.
4) Use Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV)
5) Eat only when you are hungry
6) Manage your stress and have proper sleep
7) Avoid sugar-sweetened foods.
Cool Be persistent on daily basis not just for few days.
9) Avoid Artificial Sweeteners
10) Add exercise to your daily routine.
11) Follow keto diet (low-carbs diet)

I agreed to all answers that are given above. "EAT HEALTHY, BE HEALTHY" should be our motto.

i would like to add one more point i.e follow a keto diet. The high-fat, low-carb keto diet gives you energy, keeps your blood sugar stable, and leads to rapid weight loss.
