How to deal with anxiety/panic during stressors like earthquake?

How do the brain functions during life-threatening situations? How excessive panic and anxiety during danger and chaos alters one's decision-making abilities? How people can be mentally prepared and stay calm during such chaotic situations and how they should respond to avoid anything regretful they would have done otherwise out of fear.

I went through your query and i understand your concern. This is how you train your mind. Make yourself busy all the time as it will avoid the thoughts and go on outings and spend time with family and friends, never be alone. Have Regular visits to psychology for proper psychotherapy.
