how to boost stamina

Hi, as a men what he eat veggie lover nourishments that enhance vitality and stamina to sit and work for long time in office?

At the point when My companion work in office so he never sit and work for long time, what he improve the situation better wellbeing and stamina.

Best way to improve stamina is exercise , consistent work up increase both body and mind stamina.
Take healthy balanced diet which is full of all the required nutrients and vitamins.
Low stamina can be due to iron deficiency and green leafy vegetables can help to replenish iron stores
Take power meals when you are tired and feelijg low such as nuts ,citrus food ,banana etc

Meditate or do yoga to strengthen your mind
