Hello Doctor,

My period is irregular and therefore hard to keep track of. My last recorded period was on March 8. I had sex on March 5. I am unsure if it was a period or not yet it was a heaving flow. I just took a pregnancy test on June 23 and I am pregnant but I dont know how many weeks. If I go to the doctor would he be able to tell me how many weeks?

Hello,
Thanks for joining me on ehealthforum.
Your healthcare provider/gynecologist will be able to tell you about your gestational age after a careful examination and a pelvic scan. Do not worry, report to your healthcare provider/gynecologist for examination and confirmation of pregnancy along with prescription of antenatal vitamins that you should be taking while pregnant for proper growth of baby.
Take care.
