how many days it will take Cholesterol to becom normal

i have some pain on chest but not more. pain on the neck and shoulder. i tested ECG and blood report both were normal. i tested Cholesterol checked and report found as
total cholesterol = 255
triglycerides = 142
LDL = 186
HDL = 41.

now dear i have some doubt in my mind please clear it.
1. it this cholesterol level is more dangerous for my heart.
2. any thing to be worried about heart problem if my ECG report is ok.
3. how can i reduce my cholesterol level and how many days it will take to become in normal level.
4. is it possible to reduce cholesterol level after 30 days.

I read your question and I understand your concern. As I said lipid profile is a challenge and it takes lifelong practice to get rid of this trouble. Also lipid lowering agents don't help alone. Balanced healthy fibrous diet and losing weight is advised.

Consult an internal medicine expert and let them help you in this regard.
