Welcome to ehealthforum,
Most women get to know about pregnancy when they develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy or when they miss their periods or have abnormal periods. Blood HCG levels usually start showing positive results by around 11 days post-conception. Urine pregnancy test kits usually start a showing positive result after about 20 days post-conception (which roughly corresponds to about a week after missed periods). If you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
