It is normally safe to have sex immediately if it is the same type of hormones in the pills.

If your doctor did not give you instructions and to be safe, use condoms or try a different type of sexual play for the first 7 days of the new pill. There are enough other sexually fun things to do during that 7 days that it should not be a problem.

Take care!

Most modern pills are not an issue. Your doctor would have warned you if she thought there were issues. So don't worry about it.
