how long after taking a single dosage of fluconazole

How long do you suggest someone to wait after taking a single dosage of fluconazole 150mg to clear up a yeast infection?

Usually 1 single dose is sufficient to clear up yeast infection, however, if it is recurrent, or persistent, then the underlying cause should be looked for and treated to help clear the infection effectively. If your symptoms are persistent, you should consider reporting to your treating doctor/healthcare provider and see if adjunctive treatments with other medications are effective. Also taking a probiotic might help if the yeast infection has occurred after antibiotic use.
