Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
After surgery, internal healing of tissues takes about 4-6 weeks. Avoid any sexual activity. Any activity leading to vaginal or uterine contraction (could be due to masturbation, fingering, orgasm) can lead to complication with healing. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for follow-up evaluation to confirm that the healing is going on well. Resume sexual activities as instructed by your doctor/gynecologist after evaluation. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
