I have a question about cold sores, if someone with a cold sore on their mouth that is not broken open just the bump and they perform oral sex on a male and than another person performs oral sex on the same male a second later can you also get the cold sore?

If there is outbreak, the chances of infection transmission are high as the viral load is high during outbreak. If there is any skin break present, infection transfer becomes easy. If you suspect having contracted the infection, consider taking prophylactic treatment and visit your doctor/healthcare provider for further evaluation to confirm/rule out infection. Look out for development of any new symptoms.
