How do I stay on track for losing weight?

I'm trying to stay on track with losing weight. I joined weight watchers and i only have 7 more pounds to lose, but can't seem to look at the pounds i've lost and keep myself motivated.. Any ideas on how to help?

Start exercising. Exercise will get those pounds off. I spin at home and I lose so much weight. It is very good cardio.
