How do I control my psoriasis?

How do I control my psoriasis I try every thing it releif for some time and comes back please suggest me

I read your question and i understand your concern. First of all psoriais is not treatable. Its manageable. Immunosuppressants and corticosteroids are mainstay of therapy. Talk to your rheumatologist and let them change an immunosuppressant. There are plenty of options you can choose from.
