How difficult is it for a 46 yr. old Woman (will be 47 in Dec 2010) to become Pregnant. I have never missed a period, but did have my hormone levels checked and was told my Progesterone was Very Low, like a Males Progesterone. But I have never missed a period. Any infor would be appreciated.

Chances of pregnancy decrease with age even if you never miss a period because of several factors, the top most being hormonal and infection. If today you want to get pregnant, it will have to be an assisted pregnancy.

You will have to preferably enroll yourself into an infertility clinic, undergo a battery of tests and then the specialist will help you in conceiving by medications or assisted technologies. Hope this helps. Take care!
