I have no enough idea about this and I can't make the solution. That's why I post on this forum for knowing and reducing my stress. Anyone can give some effective tips and good suggestion about the subject.

I went through your query and i understand your concern.Stress and anxiety is a very common problem Faced by psychiatrist these days .Solution is very simple. Always think positive , take low doses of anti depressants ,Having frequent sessions of physiotherapy and avoiding all the stressors which relates to your stress is very important .Let your psychiatrist decide what is best for you .Have a nice day .

Indulge in Physical Activity.
Get More Sleep.
Try Relaxation Techniques.
Talk to Someone.
Keep a Stress Diary.
Take Control.
Manage Your Time.

Try to make yoursefl relax by doing someting that exice you most or go out side with you friends to hilly place to take some fresh and cool breaz that will make you feel realx a bit..
