How Can Overweight and Obesity Be Prevented?

Can you share what are those basic tips or guidelines to prevent overweight and obesity?

Balanced diet,regular physical exercises,reduce your calories intake,drink a lot of water and take plenty of rest.
Don't forget to avoid junk and all the sugar-sweet foods.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Daily brisk walk for half an hour five times a week and modified diet i.e low in carbohydrates and high protein diet, prevent obesity and overweight.
