Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

It is up to you to decide when do you want to have your food.It is always advisable to have dinner earliest in the evening. Avoid eating any kind of snacks, drinks, caffeine after 6 and try to finish the dinner till 8 pm.It would give enough time for digestion of food and also prevent indigestion and excess gas formation.

Take care!
