Welcome to e health forum.

Depo provera - is a hormone - medroxyprogesterone acetate and is a progestin-only long acting reversible hormonal contraceptive birth control drug. Depo-Provera is given as an injection once every 12 weeks. Further injections are usually given at intervals of 12 weeks and within 89 days of the previous injection to prevent the need for further contraceptive measures.

Depoprovera has a efficacy of is said to be over 99.9% effective against pregnancy. In your case, since you are well within the due date for the next shot of Depoprovera, the contraceptive effect of the medication will be present. This means that the chances of pregnancy in your case is very slim.

The only way that a pregnancy can be confirmed (other than that at a doctor's office) is by a Home (urine) pregnancy test.
