Horrible abdominal pains...sick of being in the ER.

i'm 17 years old and i've always had a weak stomach.
when i was about 4 or 5 my mom took me in for some testing/xrays because we couldnt quite figure out why i also had such bad abdominal pain. we didn't get any answers and the pain lessoned over the years but still has not gone away.
since then my mother passed away from brain cancer..
i've suffered from depression, anger issues, and horrible anxiety.
i've also been medicated for depression and have been talking to a therapist on and off since 2003 after my moms death.

i tend to get sick from greasy foods and dairy (it's always been an issue). but the past few months have been horrible. every time i eat something, it doesn't agree with me. it literally goes right through me... and leaves my system within 20 minutes. (diarrhea)
i was in the hospital on christmas eve for horrible pain. it's come to the point where anything i eat causes pain.
i've had multiple blood tests done, and catscans. they've taken stool samples too.
everything comes back that i'm fine- i know i'm not though.
it's come to the point where i am scared to eat because the pain is so bad. i've found some things that dont cause pain...but it's mainly breads. (i've basically been living off rye bread and rice for the past 3 months)
i was originally almost 130 pounds and now i'm 105 pounds.
doctors are now suggesting (resorting) to IBS. (irritable bowl syndrome)
if this is IBS, it must be a horrible case because everyone i've talked to who's had it says it doesn't effect them as badly as it does me.

someone please help me, i need some answers. i've already seen 2 specialists and i'm on a waiting list for the 3rd right now.
people at school are starting to talk, and believe that i have an eating disorder which is not the case AT ALL.
my dad also is thinking that it may be anxiety related...but we can't be too sure.
please, PLEASE help.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Irritable bowel syndrome and celiac disease are the two differentials in this case . I would suggest you anti TTG.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
