Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the hysterectomy involved manipulation or removal of ovaries, then your hormonal status can be disturbed for some time. You should consider visiting your treating gynecologist/obstetrician to have a complete hormonal analysis done to rule out underlying derangements. If ovaries have been removed, then you should consider asking for option of HRT (hormonal replacement therapy) to help with the symptoms. For the bowel problems, visit a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management.
Take care.
