Homelessness to depression.

I'm a teenager and have been through a lot in my life. From death, molestation, and now facing homelessness. I have no here to go and my mother is to caught up in her world with all her boyfriends and the people she chooses to surround herself with. I really don't know what to do with my life and I don't want to end up like anyone in my family. I want to start a new cycle, starting with me. But there's a problem... I don't know where to start. I have these episodes where I want to go crazy and break everything in my path but I keep it all bottled up. I have various mental problems including anxiety at only a teen.

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

I am sorry for your distress.

I want to let you know that the greatest people in human history who we all emulate have faced similar adverse effects as you have described , they started from scratch despite vehement opposition and overcame all the odds to become role models for others. Being from a background financially similar I can relate to your problem but I want to let you know that once you decide you can overcome something , you will overcome it. you should focus on your innovation for yourself, get a good education , avoid distractions and choose a good outlet for anxiety such as yoga and meditation. I am sure you will find it better along the path forward.

wishing you best of health

thanks
