I would like to seek help if there are any other options to ease the symptoms of diabetes. I came accross a blog about a program but cant seem to find anything backing it up aside from a vague testimony. What are my other options for other methods to feel better? and is there someone out there that can you recommend one, aside prescription medication and is someone out there that was able to try Halki that is stated on this blog post?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
As the underlying mechanism is relative or absolute deficiency of insulin, hence one should not go for other methods besides prescription medications.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care

And I forgot to mention. I tryed HALKI diet gude. It helped me a lot. I recomend you try it if you can. This dressings made from herbs and spices really changed the way my body reacts to insulin resistance. My grandmother also uses it and she don't have to take insulin injections anymore. The doctors were realy surprised.
