There is a book out called "The one minute cure." It explains that by oxygenating the body it would lead to healing sick cells, causing the body to become more efficeint which would prevent nearly all viruses and diseases from attacking the body. Is there any medical truth to this and if so, how can one oxygenate the body?

If it was only that easy. It probably helps to breathe correctly but the body can not work just on that alone...

Interesting...
