So, I am sure that there are a lot of these topics and statements going on. But I just want to talk about this. When I get super mad or angry or whatever, I punch myself in the face or slap myself in the face. I have the tendency to punch holes in walls, but haven't done that in a while. I am in a not so great marriage right now and I know that my outbursts and violence toward myself don't help. I just really wanted to talk about it and get that off my chest if anyone wanted to chat. I read your question and I understand your concern.
This behaviour is related with impulse control disorder. CBT sessions are needed to overcome this problem.
