On my last physical my blood pressure was a bit high/ it ALWAYS reads higher there...150/90.. So she put me on a water pill. Well those mad my heart race. She changed it to lisinopril.. 5mg. Heart palpitations. So she lowered it to half.. Still happening so cut that in half. I still feel lousy... Aching neck ,tired. So a week ago I stopped taking it.. I've monitored my blood pressure daily. The highest reading is 128/89 lowest is 102/78. I really don't understand the need to take it. I've always has sensitivity to Meds. I'm average weight for a 62 year old women. I get plenty of exercise and work as a waitress. Any input is appreciated!
