Having muscle cramps in my legs hands and arm after work is my blood pressure up

High Blood Pressure and Hypertension Answer A64330
It is easier to know if your blood pressure is elevated by checking it properly.

Muscle cramps are not a indicator of elevated blood pressure, they rather indicate stress, fatigue and overwork related muscular damage.
