Hello,
I am a woman in a relationship with a man. He gets cold sores only around his lips. No genital sores occur for him.

Is it okay to still have penetrative sex while he has active cold sores on his mouth? No kissing, fingerling, or oral will be done to me. Just purely PIV sex.
