Welcome to e health forum.

The exact condition cannot be determined from the limited history provided as well as without a physical examination.

White spots on the penis can be due to Fordyce spots or pearly white papules.

Fordyce spots are visible sebaceous glands and occur along the shaft of the penis. They often appear in adolescence. These are not associated with any disease or any infection and hence there is no need for any treatment for them.

Pearly white papules are benign and they are a cosmetic issue only. You need not worry about them, as they do not affect your sexual performance in anyway.

If you are worried about the cosmetic appearance, then you may consult with a dermatologist who can clear your doubts and offer proper advice.

I hope this helps.
