The natural precautions include maintaining personal hygiene and contributing towards a hygienic community with clean drinking water and sanitation systems. Proper disposal of needles and sharps as well as proper protocols in hospitals regarding testing for hepatitis. Vaccination for hepatitis A and B as well as observing safe sexual practices.
