Features of a hugh grade sprain involving the deep and superficial components of the deltoid ligament. Adjacent mild tobialis posterior tenosynovitis, high grade ATFL tear with near complete rupture also a mild sprain of the calcaneofibular ligament and PTFL mold effusion thought the ankle and subtaler joints and oedema

What I'm wanting to no is what treatment it will require its still very painful 6months on
