Welcome to this forum.
This pill is a very effective means of contraception. If you don't have any unprotected sex afterwards, there is no risk of getting pregnant here. But you might have a delayed next cycle due to the pill itself.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an online medical forum.

You had unprotected? sex close enough to ovulation that the iPill was a very good idea. Emergency contraception is not as effective as regular birth control pills. I would suggest a home pregnancy test using first morning pee when your next period is due, Nov 10th?

Female sex drive is highest close to ovulation, sometimes leading to unintended consequences. Why don't you buy some condoms of your own so you don't have to take this risk again?
