help me to understend my lab results

Here are the results:wbc : 10.9 H 10(3)/mm(3)
rbc : 5.42 10(6)/mm(3)
hgb : 15.7 g/dl
hct : 45.2%
plt : 224 10(3)/mm(3)

DIFF : % LYM 13.4 L % #LYM 1.4 10(3)/mm(3)
% MON 3.4 L % #MON 0.6 L 10(3)/mm(3)
% GRA 83.2 H % #GRA 9.2 H 10(3)/mm(3)

are my WBC high?
are my LYM low and how serios is that?
are my GRA high or low? what can be the couse ?
