Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Growth hormone secretion is responsible for affecting the height of individual and along with the thyroid secretion is responsible for overall final development.Genetic factor also plays role in deciding height.
Usually by 21 years of age the height stops increasing when epiphysis that is the ends of the bone fuse with the shaft.

Excess height can also be due to some underlying genetic defects as acromegaly but they present with some other symptoms as enlargement of hands and feet, coarsening of facial features etc.

You require a detailed physical examination and investigations as growth hormone analysis, thyroid hormone analysis so that if there is any abnormality that can be detected.

Kindly visit a Physician for evaluation.

Take care!
