heavy feeling in the uterus?

User Profile
hi i had an early miscarriage on january 21, bled for three days, levels went all the way back to zero after day three. about a week or so later i had very heavy clear mucus discharge like ovulation discharge which lasted over two weeks and pain in my ovary. this happened on about three different occasions during about a two week course. i havent started my period yet as of today feb 21 and I have slightly sore breasts, slight cramping and that heavy feeling in the uterus that i get when i am pregnant. is it possible to ovulate more than one egg right after an early miscarriage. I was 6 weeks, no d & c was neccesary. Could i be pregnant? my doctor said my period should have started already but nothing. How far could I be?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

If it is just the next month after miscarriage then you are not more than 4-5 weeks. However, take a pregnancy test, preferably a blood test for confirmation. Please consult your gynecologist regarding this as chances of infection, PCOD, hypothyroidism too should be investigated. Hope this helps. Take care!
